The purpose of this page is to inform and quickly gather property owners who own the mineral rights in the Bossier City neighborhoods consisting of Greenacres, Greenacres Place, Brownlee, Plantation and Northside. Or from any other neighborhoods we may be able to steer you in the right direction.

If we all band together the oil leasing companies will negotiate with us to pay us a larger leasing bonus, if we can present them with all the property owners at one time. As of July 14, 2008, property owners are individually being offered $5500 per acre. Most city lots average 1/4 of an acre.

We know that property owners who have banned together have been paid 2-3 times that amount. In addition to the leasing bonus you are getting paid 25% royalties on the daily production of each well drilled in your section. A section is a 640 acre area (one square mile).

When the oil and gas (Landman) get the desired amount of land leased they will proceed with the necessary steps to start drilling. Then property owners will receive royalties

If we can get everyone gathered quickly we can proceed with a lease agreement with the oil and gas company. Please don’t sign a lease until you get informed. Many regretful property owners have already settled for very low amounts of money because they didn’t have all the facts. All reports say that the Haynesville Shale is huge.

We are forming neighborhood meetings to glue neighborhoods together, the result will be more negotiating power. Let your neighbors know.

You can send us an email if you want to join in with your neighborhood and get the most money for your minerals.

At this time we are not using a broker to represent us in negotiations, this means we get all the money for our mineral rights. We have been approached by entrepreneurs who want to represent us for a percentage of our money, but we are not sure about that avenue.

Just contact one of these Bokssier City property owners listed.
